Dr. Ahmed Rahman is a committed and compassionate Specialist General Surgeon with sub-specialised training in Colorectal, Upper-GI and Trauma. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS).
Dr. Rahman is keen to offer patient centred care. He offers services in General Surgery including Gallbladder surgery, Hernia Surgery, Colorectal surgery, Skin excision and is fully accredited by Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA) in endoscopy (Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy). He has completed his MBBS from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his specialty training FRACS in General Surgery. He has undertaken an additional 2 years of post Fellowship training in Macquarie University Hospital (Gastrointestinal- Colorectal and UGI) and St George Hospital (Trauma and General Surgery). He now consults at St George Private Hospital.
